The NTCHS Refiner basketball teams compete against teams in the District 10-C Conference which includes: Valier, Heart Butte, Power, Dutton/Brady, Simms, and Chester/Joplin-Inverness.  Non-conference games are scheduled this year against Augusta, Fort Benton, North Star, and Box Elder.

Two teams advance from the 10-C to the Northern C Divisional Tournament and then two teams advance to state.
